When the coronavirus pandemic hit, it created chaos in newsrooms across america. Working for the usa today network i've covered the pandemic's impact on the education system, the state correctional system, and it's devastating impact in the hudson valley. I've been able to share stories of those who lost loved ones and those who have lost jobs and businesses. While it's been an incredible challenge for our newsroom to witness and document the largest health crisis in modern history is something I'll never forget.
